UNEF Nonprofit Management Workshop Series - United Way x Deloitte
Partnered with United Way of Metro Chicago to develop a first-of-its-kind nonprofit management workshop series to empower United Neighborhood Equity Fund (UNEF) grant recipients with the foundational knowledge needed to scale their impact. Leveraging connections to subject matter experts across Nonprofit Strategy, Accounting, Tax, and Human Resources, constructed 6 workshops spanning topics such as Annual Planning, Preparing for Tax Season, and HR Best Practices to provide a "101"- level overview of key nonprofit management elements. Deliverables included agenda development, development team and facilitator recruitment, and logistical coordination.

UI/UX Development and Marketing Strategy - Flavors from Afar
Worked with Flavors from Afar, a social enterprise aiming to support refugees in the LA area, to develop viable tools and strategies to enable growth and sustain current operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Deliverables included a fully functional Shopify storefront, in addition to comprehensive social media / email marketing strategy playbooks complete with templates, Instagram analytics analysis, and operational engagement strategies.

Growth and Partnership Strategy - Youth Music Education Nonprofit
Developed a comprehensive Growth and Partnership Strategy to enable program expansion objectives for a local youth arts organization aiming to bring afterschool and extracurricular music education to underserved communities. Deliverables included a Growth Strategy "playbook" complete with competitive benchmark analysis, grant-making resources, community partnership opportunities, donor acquisition and retention strategies, and more.

Advocacy and Collective Action - Skid Row Housing Trust
Created a tailored Advocacy and Community Engagement Strategy to generate awareness and push forward favorable policy surrounding maintenance / development of affordable housing. Deliverables included comprehensive data analysis to produce key metrics on the affordable housing crisis, tailored advocacy outreach templates for both general and municipal audiences, and targeted outreach strategies to motivate key stake holders to understand the urgency at hand and take action accordingly.
